Exactly what it says in the title. A meme dedicated to sexy-sparring and gym-scenarios. Roll a Dice, or pick your favorite prompt.

1--Workout-buddies. Need a spotter? maybe just someone to help you stretch. Or watch your technique.
2--Sparring. Because getting physical one way can lead to getting physical in another way. You're not trying to hurt your partner, just train. Your body heat rises, heart races, breathing faster--and in some pretty close positions.
3--Cool-down. Stretching, lighter exercise, maybe even help cleaning up or putting things away. A chance to potentially deal with un-resolved tension.
4--Aftermath. Clean-up in the showers, changing clothes, dealing with potential minor-injuries. Comfort and care of one kind might lead to comfort/care of another.

"Hey, I already had to save his butt from one." Trunks protested, with that smirk now crossed with a grin. "You'd never let me hear the end of it if I had to do the same for you."

Never mind she was still sitting in his lap, held against him.

"Well you don't need to worry about that since there's no way I'd go fishing." She laughs back. "Do I need to save yours from one one day?"

Yeah, she kind of forgot about that bit.

"I think you'd find them a challenge." Trunks teased, laughing softly. "You do seem to thrive on challenge though, so maybe we should go Kappa-hunting."

Hey, she's kind of comfy--at least she's held and cradled in a way that's comfortable and he doesn't mind. She's warm and lithe-curves and a hint of her scent is coming to his nose under the sweat and salt from training.

"Oh my god, are you trying to get me to go fishing?" Chinatsu scoffs, poking at his chest. "Forget it. Not falling for that."

She was comfortable. Comfortable enough to just stay that way a while longer.

"Nah, rather just go swimming outright. Or for a walk by the rivers." More soft laughter, shoulders and chest shaking with it. Nor did he mind the poking, skin warm under his tank top and solid over muscle tone. Not even a twitch.

"Pfft-- now that sounds like you're asking me on a date--" The words were out before she even realized what she just said. "Whiiich--you aren't." Chinatsu clears her throat.

Welp--bright red again, and she can feel it hit him too in the sudden tension. But he's quiet for a few seconds before there's a snort. "I wasn't. But you make it sound like there'd be a problem if I was asking you on a date."

"Hah?" She raises an eyebrow at him. "I wasn't--that's not what I meant--It's just...you know...it's not like you would." The way she scoffed at that last word almost sounded like a taunt, but her cheeks were quite red as well.

Oh yes, that is so not helping his tension or embarrassment. Head turned slightly away, he huffs. "...you'd probably say no, anyways." She was right, he probably wouldn't--at least not ask her on a date like a normal person. For all she was more 'normal' than he was, and insisted on dragging him to do normal things, he couldn't see himself being all stereotypical in asking her out.

Not that he'd thought about it before, but it'd been raised and he was sure thinking about all of it now.

"Excuse me?" Chinatsu didn't appreciate having words put into her mouth. "How do you know that? You've never asked."

"Excuse me? Who was it who was presuming I'd never ask." Trunks countered, with a hint of frown. Even if part of his good sense was giving off a warning--their squabbling was comfortable though. Head back up to face her head on once more.

In some ways, he LIKED squabbling with her. "Much like being partnered with you, I...wouldn't mind." And now his eyes were darting shyly to the side.

"....You wouldn't mind what?" Now she was just acting coy, but she was going to milk this for all it was worth.

He rolled his eyes, even if he still had that hint of blush. "SO...." A pause, and then he's looking at her again. Focused, serious... "Are you saying, if I asked you out, on an actual date, you'd say yes?"

Challenge accepted Chinatsu---although to be fair, within a few seconds he's adding softly. "Not that I would want you to because you felt you had to. Not because of us squabbling..."

Chinatsu returned that focus as well, listening to him as he spoke. Once he finished,she was silent for a moment, then quite haughtily turned her head away, her ponytail slapping him in the face.

"....I'll think about it." Because why would she do as he expects?

If he looked closely though, he might see how she's smiling in amusement, despite the slight blush on her cheeks as well.

One half of his mouth raised up in a smirk, along with himself chuckling faintly at her response. "I'll think about asking you then." It was easy to retort, but there was something in the echo in his voice. "Although maybe not for swimming the first time. We're too likely to turn it into a competition between us."

Using the same response back was cheating! But Chinatsu was facing him now, and she didn't look the least bit annoyed by it. "What would you plan then?"

"Video games maybe. Trip to the arcade, where we could try different ones. Also just walking, and seeing the sites." He had an answer ready, with a small smile. "I do actually like just watching people on the Near Shore. It's comforting, in its normalcy and safety."

"And you think we're not going to get competitive over that?" Though she was amused at how prepared he was with an answer. "Walking and seeing stuff sounds nice though."

[light_of_willpower]

"Oh I know we will, but at least some of the games would be cooperative. So while we're likely to compete with each other over who gets what score, we have to work together overall." Said with a laugh, and impish grin. "I...have enough of my memories to know that my life wasn't the safest, for me or anyone else. It's nice to just see people being people, and not having to worry as much."

One hand reached up, somewhat unconsciously, to brush some of her bangs away from her face.

"How is it you make even an arcade game sound like training?" She's rolling her eyes, but she's still smiling.

The gesture surprised her though, catching her off guard for a second.

"..What was that for?"

Trunks blinked in surprise--caught off guard and blushed again. He didn't have an answer, and honestly he hadn't even realized exactly what he'd done until she called attention to it. Lowering his hand again, and analyzing his thoughts...

All he could really come up with were stupid things. They'd been having a nice conversation actually, that she had been smiling--and was cute when she let herself do so, that he wanted to...

It was confusing in his head even.

It didn't help that he looked as confused as she was, and now they were both sitting there awkwardly quiet. Now she was made aware again of the fact that she was sitting on his lap. They'd been close all this time, pretty much in contact with each other, but it was him touching her face that really got her attention. It felt so..intimate.

Feeling conscious, she tucks some hair behind her ear, clearing her throat in an attempt to break the silence.

That only helps so much, as his head is ducking more. Trying to hide his blush behind his bangs. But so very aware of the awkward...and there's a small huff at himself in annoyance. "I...hadn't realized I'd done that, Until you pointed it out." Softly-voiced, hesitant--laying open at least some of his emotions. "I was enjoying the conversation, and how for once we weren't squabbling."

"So when we're not arguing, you touch my hair?" Considering this was the first time he'd done it, was it the first time they weren't fighting? He was nuts if he thought he could hide how red his face was, that's for sure.

"..And what if I hadn't pointed it out?"

Her first response is greeted by a skeptical snort. Head still down though, even as she persisted. "I don't know." It's honest at least, and quietly voiced. "I just know, I was enjoying our conversation--it's a different type of fun than our squabbles. And I liked the easiness of it, how comfortable we both were..." A little huff of air in annoyance. "I like when you smile, is the closest I can think of, for what was running through my head when I did that."
