Streetlamps had just started to be lit, people heading out for evening fun towards the taverns or back home. Still a warm evening, salt in the air from the beach not too far away.
"You alright?" A loud thumping crash from behind them against one of the sturdy wooden walls had him pivoting. Shifting slightly, still clearly on guard in some ways before relaxing once again.
