Yeah, that's the only good side to all of this. Knowing Rose is safe and with her family. With her father once again. Still, wonders why things had to end like that; and she had been able to save him in his former incarnation, but he couldn't save his Rose this time. Why not? Why the hell not?
His sadness turns into pouting but gives Trunks a slight head nod.
"She'll be fine. Thar's nothing she can't withstand." Wasn't as if the Tardis is just metal but rather living metal and really could take hits more than she looks like.
Then slowly stands back up- and begins to head back towards the kitchen. Knowing he has some explaining to do on just walking out like that.
