Besides only having traveled one other time to another universe - Ten hasn't seen such a place where time is such in flex and grows quiet about 'how he wasn't here' mostly because the loss of Rose sting is still very fresh and he's even been told that before by the Prime Minster. How he isn't always around and no he's not supposed to be here. His own eyes reflect the pain and sadness and whispers, "Good."
