Exactly what it says in the title. A meme dedicated to sexy-sparring and gym-scenarios. Roll a Dice, or pick your favorite prompt.

1--Workout-buddies. Need a spotter? maybe just someone to help you stretch. Or watch your technique.
2--Sparring. Because getting physical one way can lead to getting physical in another way. You're not trying to hurt your partner, just train. Your body heat rises, heart races, breathing faster--and in some pretty close positions.
3--Cool-down. Stretching, lighter exercise, maybe even help cleaning up or putting things away. A chance to potentially deal with un-resolved tension.
4--Aftermath. Clean-up in the showers, changing clothes, dealing with potential minor-injuries. Comfort and care of one kind might lead to comfort/care of another.

"Because you're still unsteady on your feet?" And as usual, it was going to be a squabble. Which meant his brain wasn't as sharp as it could be. "Unless you'd rather go back to us sitting on the floor?"

"I was fine where we were--" She pauses, realizing what she was insinuating, despite it possibly being true. "I mean-- not like that! Just--I was fine with the floor! You didn't have to bring me all the way here!"
