PSL--Explorer's Setting (New Crew arriving!)

The Explorer's Craft was a smaller ship--maxed at 15 people. The Arethusa was nice for all of that, and still in the early stages of its Exploration. Only 1/3rd staffed, it had just brought on two new crew-members.

Current Crew consisted of Professor John Robinson as the Captain, Gune in Engineering, "Nurse" Joy in Medical, and general crew members Jayne Cobb and Turanga Leela. It seemed an easy going (mostly) ship, and the current crew was treated to an announcement on their Omni-band at the arrival of 2 new crew-members along with their vital-statistics (height, weight, age, place of origin, general skills). Professor Robinson seemed fairly hands off and willing to delegate things, as the Arethusa was currently en-route. Their 'mission' for this exploration was to visit a resort planet, and study it's economy and how it remained so Utopian. Gune was nice, if easily distractable, and the only 'obvious' alien although some suspected Leela. Jayne mostly spent his time verbally sparring with Leela or keeping to himself, while Nurse Joy simply seemed content and willing to help. Curious at times, and clearly intelligent, but she wasn't one to make waves if they weren't needed.

Each crew-member wakes up in their bunk, wearing the ship's uniform. They will have some possessions from home. (The uniform is generally black boots, blue BDU pants and Jacket with a name patch, and a black t-shirt or tank-top underneath.) Each crew-member also posesses an omni-band. A small ring-like device that is designed to be worn like a collar or a bracelet, and that can be expanded or contracted. It may act as a communicator and mini-computer.

"This is great! Plus lots more fun when your not playing skirt the minions." Thea was grinning. She did catch the little bit of ki and it was all making sense now, but for now there's too much fun to be had.

Definitely a smile then, genuine and rare and small--a little bashful, but mostly just...happy. Rare he'd ever felt that, actually. "Then..." Nervous though, even as they hover there and he's fine with it all. "...we'll have to do this more often."

"Totally more of this, outside of missions and crazy especially." Thea was grinning now. She was sure something was blooming but even she could not explain it, but for now she was just going to enjoy the ride.

That smile grew a little. Then he's looking around, and gauging the ambient light, turning his head around too to check back the way they came. Then back to Thea. "I think I can get us back far enough like this we won't be seen for most of the way."

"Go for it." Thea's smile was its most real and happiest. She decided to take the leap if Trunks was on board, but of course their friendship would come first. "And we should totally do this more outside of minion ducking."

The blush is back, but hopefully she won't notice. "Um..are you comfortable, or would you prefer to be carried another way?" He's perfectly comfortable considering he'd learned to use his ki this way at a young age, and she wasn't heavy at all to him. She was a good height, with his arms around her waist and hands resting against her back and hip, where she leaned against his body.

"I'm fine, I'll say something if it does get too much." Thea could promise. "But have to admit this is more fun minus a rowdy game of duck the minions." since the term had become a very silly ongoing joke for them.

"That kind of game can be fun too." Trunks commented, grinning back, even if he still blushed. Looking around and orienting himself, before shifting them in the air. Starting to go a bit higher as well as in the direction of the town. The view is probably spectacular.
