Thank you, Vincent, for stating what was becoming painfully obvious. She had hoped, that of those who would witness her having a nightmare like that, Vincent would not be one of them. Yet it seemed as though fate would decree it differently than she'd wish.

Loosening her gip, she glanced away. "Put me down," she muttered, "I can walk from here." They both knew the gossipmongers didn't need more fuel for their fires. That, and she had a feeling things were about to get...strained.
