Vincent was glad to get out of the house. Things had been tense with Yuffie--and Mooshoo had shed some clarity on things. None of it was Lucrecia's fault, except for her simply 'existing' on Crystallis. Yuffie simply viewed her as toxic--and was not pleased that Vincent spent time with her. That she had approached Lucrecia on her own had prompted another argument between the Housemates.

Unsurprisingly, Yuffie had left the house. She hadn't officially moved out--and honestly Vincent was hoping she wouldn't do that. Before they'd left, he and Yuffie had at least talked, via letters. Things were terse and tense, but being handled. Yuffie was on another excursion for the Heroes, while Vincent was headed to Trano Golsaucia. Part of the Defense part of the Heroes-contingent.

Finding that Dr. Lucrecia Crescent was also involved (as part of the Research portion), Vincent was hoping to spend some time with her. Both were taking things slowly, and cautiously--but interest was there. As such Ophelia had been all but glowing as she delivered the letter; asking if Lucrecia would honor him with her company for dinner and amusements at [date] and [time]. Orpheus was fairly sure she would accept, and was also humming happily when he delivered her acceptance.

Some research in the city had found a few quality restaurants, and Ophelia and Orpheus had done scouting to find one for their Heroes' tastes. Further from the Casino and sports areas, it was quieter in the Theater district closer to Horror Square. Also favored by less excitable visitors, if one avoided parts of the Horror Square.

Meetings had gone decently so far between Heran refugees and Heroes, diplomats enabling at least part of the Research team to start working together investigating some 'crystals' that could affect the spread of the calamity. Defense had found it mostly boring, but that was a good thing in their line--as they were there as glorified bodyguards in a way.

Near the appointed hour though, Ophelia was attempting not to gush or fidget too much--almost more nervous than Vincent was. He was as stoic as he usually was, but for some tension that was subtle. Dark suits were nothing new for him, but the black shirt and crimson tie was a new touch. Despite the hints of scarring at his forehead, he'd forgone the bandanna to let his bangs flow freely. The rest of his hair had been pulled back, and a shoulder-holster had given him a jolt of nostalgia, to ensure he was armed even while looking presentable for a date. The gauntlet was left in his hotel-room, and though he'd swapped a maxed-Ninja job for a lvl 6 Red-mage, he wasn't terribly worried.

Ophelia fluttered behind him as they moved to the part of the hotel where Lucrecia was staying, to meet her.
